The skiing terrain of Le Grand Bornand itself is divided into four main areas all of which are linked. Beginners should head for the gentle, south facing slopes of La Joyere, whilst intermediates will enjoy the long, undulating red and blue runs in the Le Mardy region. For those who are more advanced skiers, Le Lachat is the place to go with it's two challenging red runs and an awesome black that is only for the experts who dare! All four ski areas are accessible from the village centre making it incredibly easy to get around.
